Load-In Schedule and Guidelines
Set up for Ballroom & Mega Center is Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Loading doors close at 4 p.m. Exhibitors must check-in at show office by 2 p.m. Forklift service is available from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
Load-Out Schedule and Guidelines
Tear down begins after 5 p.m. For safety, please do not bring tools, carts or dollies on the show floor until after 5 p.m. Check in with parking lot security for staging and parking.
