family. Here’s a glimpse behind the scenes with Mina:

What did you study at IU?
General studies with minors in Business and Psychology.

Did it prepare you for your career now?
Definitely! I got a variety of knowledge and a good business base.

What 3 words best describe your style?
Clean, eclectic and comfy.

Can you explain your nickname, “The Sieve?”
Mom comes up with hundreds of ideas and it’s my job to sift through them.

Is it true that you and your Mom, Karen, live in the same neighborhood?

How has becoming a working mother changed your approach? Does baby Jack get to visit your
job sites?
He’s with me all the time. Gotta start them young. Not much has changed other than a baby on
my hip.

Which project has been the most rewarding?
My own home!

In your forever home, what items were the must-haves?
The kitchen island I really splurged on! I have a huge family and making a gathering space was
important to me.
