Slowly Braised Ribs by Executive Chef Tiffany Tooker

Total Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

•  4 Racks of Ribs – St. Louis

•  Liquid Smoke – 1 Cup

•  Garlic Powder – 1 oz.

•  Chili Powder – 4 oz.

•  Paprika – 4 oz.

•  Chipotle Barbecue Sauce – 1 Cup

•  Salt – 2 oz.

•  Celery – 1 Cup Chopped

•  Onion-  1 Cup Chopped

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 o.

2. Place ribs in a roasting pan with all ingredients and rub ribs throughout.

3. Add water to cover over ribs.

4. Wrap pan with foil then place in oven.

5. Lower oven to 250 degrees for 3 hours.

6. Ribs should be tender and fall off the bone.  Serve immediately.
